I "built" the truck I wanted on the Dodge Ram website and posted it on Facebook. RC responded with the best out the door price and was happy to order the truck for me. appointment would be nice! was told by phone no appt needed. in at 9am, and told them I had a 10:30 dental appt, so I needed to be done by 10:15...Given car back a bit after 10 was told by phone no appt needed. in at 9am, and told them I had a 10:30 dental appt, so I needed to be done by 10:15...Given car back a bit after 10, and was told they would not be able to get it done by 10:15, but I could bring it back after my dental...I did not mind that, only that I still had to wait another hour when I came back.....Just seems maybe an appointment may have been better. Rear brakes would not disengage on 2016 Renegade This was a first for us. We called Jacky Jones Jeep and Harrison was very helpful. Chrysler Roadside asst. got the jeep to service. Harrison advised u This was a first for us. We called Jacky Jones Jeep and Harrison was very helpful. Chrysler Roadside asst. got the jeep to service. Harrison advised us when it arrived. He kept us up to date on everything done. There was some issue getting parts so, they had it a week. Everything was fixed and under warranty. We are very happy with the work and communication.
