Their service department won't work on a car older than a 2014 with over 100k miles. We own one Dodge vehicle and two Ram trucks. Our 2019 Ram 4500 was actually purchased new at this dealership. Our Dodge is 2014 with over 100k miles. We own one Dodge vehicle and two Ram trucks. Our 2019 Ram 4500 was actually purchased new at this dealership. Our Dodge is a 2013 Dodge Charger that is our teenage daughter's car. It was having some issues and we had it towed last week to this dealership over the weekend. We called Monday morning to let the service department know that it was towed there. We let them know the year and model and they said that they would start working on it. We didn't hear anything and called on Friday to check the status and were told that they didn't know where the car was, had never started on it, and didn't know anything about it. After contacting the tow truck driver, we were told that they left it in the dealership parking lot beside this one (the Ford lot). Although these dealers share the same parking lot, we were asked to have the tow truck driver come back and tow the car through the parking lot to the Dodge dealer. I called and was upset because we should have been told earlier than Friday (when we called) that they didn't have the car and couldn't find it. I spoke with Patrick in the service department. Evidently he didn't like what I said because he told me that they were no longer working on cars older than 2014 and with over 100k miles. We called the Dodge dealership in the next town over and they worked on it with no problem. But we had to pay an additional $200 to have it towed there. Since when do dealerships no longer work on cars over 10 years with over 100k miles? That makes me think that we should no longer buy Dodge or Ram vehicles because we can't keep them past 10 years. Horrible service and we can no longer use them and have to use another dealership to service our three vehicles. More

I felt like Mackenzie listened to out needs, looked out for our best interest, and made our satisfaction with the sale her top priority. We walked away with what we felt was a great deal and 2 weeks later, we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. Thank you, Mackenzie, for your time, your professionalism, and your kindness. These guys are the real deal! They are more about building a relationship with a long time customer than a quick sale. Example - I bought a 2019 Ram Limited from them. I was out of warranty and they had every right to refuse to help. My Lee (sales) and Mr AJ (GM) went to bat for me. They did the work for about half of what another dealership wanted, then split the cost 50/50 with me, and also leant me a loaner to drive while they fixed my truck! I’m very grateful to these folks for their help. They do business the right way and I would drive from SC down to do business with them again. Sincerely - John More
