Great service and communication every time that I visit Jacky Jones Jeep. The service department is top notch in knowledge and courtesy. On my recent visit, I had my Cherokee in there for some warranty work. While still in service the next day, Harrison called me to let me know that they had found something else that needed attention, something else that was covered under warranty, and told me that while they had it up on the rack, that they could go ahead and take care of the issue. I appreciate him going the extra mile and letting me know, thus saving me another trip (and money). It's service like this that we, as customers, appreciate very much.
