We have been very disappointed. They’ve had our 2025 Kia hybrid Carnival for almost two weeks and haven’t found a solution to its problem. I go days without hearing any updates from them, and we have left messages that have not been returned (even when the person who took the call assures us we will). I will not choose to use this dealership for service in the future. More

Rude service representatives , Car horn was broken and was told customers lie and it could very well NOT be covered for I could have spilled coffee on my HORN or gone through a mud puddle and gotten it we was told customers lie and it could very well NOT be covered for I could have spilled coffee on my HORN or gone through a mud puddle and gotten it wet and therefore it Would NOT be covered ! Nice staff and facility and was very accommodating to my needs! I was able to take care of all of my needs for car, which was very helpful cause the always offered a way for me not to pay full price for my needs! I was able to take care of all of my needs for car, which was very helpful cause the always offered a way for me not to pay full price for my car due to warranties and coverages offered by the staff. Only downside to my recent visits was the delay it took to get somethings fixed even though I was prompt in showing up for my visit. Think the staff can definitely communicate better between each other so that way all concerns before and during service is communicated to the customer. My car needed something done, I brought it in, but after waiting 30 minutes after showing up 15 early for my appointment they told me that my car had stuff inside that needed to be removed but if they had told me before my appointed time I wouldn’t have been delay a whole week for my car. This was extremely frustrating. Think there should def be more diverse rental cars to fit the needs of family’s when your services is going take longer than a day to fix. More
