The dealership is clean and pretty state of the art. I really did NOT like requesting information on a particular car only to find out that I wasn't speaking to anyone at the dealership! My only complaint was when I called to schedule and ask how long it would take, i.e. did i need to leave for the day? 1/2 day, couple hrs?
