My initial dealings with kia were not as enjoyable as could have been. I was overcharged $957 on the base price (which was reimbursed after I brought it to the manager's attention). I was also supposed could have been. I was overcharged $957 on the base price (which was reimbursed after I brought it to the manager's attention). I was also supposed to get a $1500 credit for a tow package which didn't get added into the final price. When addressed to the manager, his reply was 'I don't have any documentation on that'.
