Our sales person was great but there is a lack of communication between finance and the sales people, causing us to have to hand over money we were prepared to use. We were told no down payment then communication between finance and the sales people, causing us to have to hand over money we were prepared to use. We were told no down payment then we were told at signing we had to pay $1000 and it was the salespersons fault. It was not just her, it was everyone involved fault. Generally good experience, except for an estimate of $170. This was to determine the reason there was a week water flow on the windshield wiper. Additionally there would be parts and labor.
