Repair took longer than required due to pour communication between the parts and service departments. Felt welcomed as soon as we pulled up on the lot and wasn’t even planning on buying anything at all and ended up buying a brand new vehicle that we absolutely love. Since Jacksonville Kia has taken over, service department has dropped to untrustworthy! Had a service contract which was not honored and when brought to their attention several times, still nothing was done has dropped to untrustworthy!
