Had car towed to dealership, explained the major issue and asked for them to check a couple other issues. 4 days later only replaced a battery and said it was complete. Knew something was off when asked t and asked for them to check a couple other issues. 4 days later only replaced a battery and said it was complete. Knew something was off when asked to write on a post it note, really. No computer notations. Got a new battery and now the other issue i asked to check is back. Have to put in service AGAIN. More

We went in knowing we wanted to look at a Sportage and met Kaden who helped us in doing just that. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and all the tech it had and did a wonderful job showing us bits met Kaden who helped us in doing just that. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and all the tech it had and did a wonderful job showing us bits that we would’ve remained ignorant to otherwise. After talking it over, we wanted a Sportage in a color and trim that they didn’t have at the moment, but Kaden and the store ordered one in that was the exact one we wanted less than 2 weeks later. We got great service, great price, and would definitely recommend Jacksonville Kia and Kaden again. More
