When I asked for a copy of the paperwork from the test that was done I was was told no and the man at the desk became rude and disrespectful. After my visit I went to another dealer and was told that my c that was done I was was told no and the man at the desk became rude and disrespectful. After my visit I went to another dealer and was told that my car should have been there for 8 hours before they can conduct the recall check. Your dealership had it done within 1 hour. After I found i learned of this makes me think that the test was not done correctly and that is why I was told no to a copy of the test. Seems to me that this dealership is running a fraud. More

My horn was supposed to be fixed last weekend. I had to contact the service department numerous times to confirm if my part was in and if I was going to be given a loaner vehicle.
