Worst experience with any company ever, they committed fraud. This awful experience is way too long to write about here but basically I brought it in for a diagnostic and they kept my vehicle for three mo fraud. This awful experience is way too long to write about here but basically I brought it in for a diagnostic and they kept my vehicle for three months where I was not able to contact anybody although I tried dozens of times until one day I received certified mail stating that they put a lien on my vehicle and I would have to pay $1600 In order to get it back. The letter stated that they could do this because I was notified that the work was done but no work was done, and I never had any interaction with anybody by phone, voicemail, text, email or mail. this constitutes fraud. In the end there is no proof that anything was done, they refused to fix the issue, they refused to give me an invoice stating that anything was done, they refused to let me speak to a manager, corporate will not answer my emails. I’ve lost thousands of dollars, three months of ownership of my vehicle, days of my time and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. More
On 08/17/2021, while driving on I95 in a tremendous downpour, my "service electronic stability control" came on. One female service advisor told me I couldn't bring it in until August 26, and then a m downpour, my "service electronic stability control" came on. One female service advisor told me I couldn't bring it in until August 26, and then a male service advisor told me this is considered an emergency and to bring it in and they would work it in. So, on Wednesday morning, I took it in. I was told I could rent a car for $38 a day! I bought this vehicle new from this dealership on September 19, 2019. Anyway, I left it, and after making a post on their FB page, they called and told me they had a rental for me, which I picked up on Friday, the 19th. On Saturday, the 20th, they called and told me there was extensive damage underneath my vehicle and that it was going to cost $2,480 to fix the damage it caused in my vehicle. First, I haven't hit anything! I think I would know if I had hit something. Nothing wrong with the car's alignment. I sent two text messages to the service advisor (Lisa Lewis) and asked for a description of the "extensive damage" underneath my vehicle and an itemized cost of the repairs. She never did say anything about repairing the damage underneath the vehicle. No response. Finally, the phone rang; it was Lisa - "you forgot to fill the loaner up and it's going to cost about $30. They charge $4/gallon for gas, which means I used a little over 7 gallons, and I didn't drive but 70 miles. By this time I was so furious I told her to go ahead and charge it, that I was getting rid of the Jeep tomorrow and hung up the phone. I am furious! I will NEVER buy another Jeep again! Their service department sucks. They don't return phone calls. And, they are sketchy when telling you what's wrong. More
Is there anything less than one star? If there was I would certainly give it. Just purchased my 2021 Ram 1500 on 6/22 and paid top $ - they never bothered to complete delivery of the vehicle - no gas, would certainly give it. I had an appointment yesterday the 29th. Pulled up to the service alley and waited....and waited. I finally got out and asked the young man was anybody else beside the woman(who was helping another person) w service alley and waited....and waited. I waited 15 minutes and finally went inside and spoke to the service manager. I told the young man that if he had no intentions of helping someone then he shouldn't say that he would do so, his response was that he didn't see me sitting there.. really? After I spoke with him?? I went inside and spoke to a manager She was very apologetic and said to bring it in the morning(today) and another advisor would make sure it was done. Well it's been there since before 10 a.m. I texted the given number and was told he would go check on it...2 hours later no answer. I call the dealer and get told...I don't know what to tell you, he's busy and your not the only customer. Time frame between dropping the car and that response was over 7 hours. Advisor finally called me to tell me they couldn't duplicate the issue.so fn upset! I will never use this dealer again More
Went to dealership to look at a new Dodge Ram Trx. I currently drive a nee raptor but wanted to see what the fuss is about. At the dealership they had 6 trx trucks. I asked to look at one and the salesman got the keys. He opened the door and let me look inside. I liked the inside but wasn’t sold until checking out how it drives. This is where we hit a road block. It was then explained that these are limited production trucks and they can not be driven, he wouldn’t even start it up. He then said the sticker price is just to get people into the dealership but that the price is actually 30k higher. So you want me to buy a 120k truck but I can’t buy it. I just bought my wife a RSQ8 and we test drove the crap out of it. Just in case dodge isn’t familiar that’s 150k suv. And limited production but you guys have 6 on the lot. I’m not buying any of this crap. I’ll just wait until the next raptor comes out. More

The 1 star is totally dedicated to the sales agent, who had an in-depth knowledge about the car that my wife and I were interested in. After a long long conversation with the store manager , we agreed to a price. We had a deal. The STORE MANAGER SAID , " IF YOU AGREE TO THIS PRICE WE HAVE A DEAL". I SAID 'YES, ITS A DEAL". Then I said, " let me call my family and inform about my decision. Also, wanted to confirm about the auspicious day, as my family believes in it. Later, when I was done with my call, I grabbed my wallet to make the payments. AND WHAT HE (the store manager) SAID WAS " WE DONT HAVE A DEAL. OUR DEAL WAS REJECTED". What a contradictory statement! Its like, if they find the customer is interested, they change the price a last moment and waste your precious time. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP....THE CITY HAS MANY OTHER DEALERSHIPS. Customers, please choose any other dealership than this one. More
Really enjoyed working with Patrick and his manager. I am a few months out from purchasing but everyone was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend you give this place a chance if you’re in the mark a few months out from purchasing but everyone was very helpful and informative. Was requested to bring trade in and most likely would be able to get more for my trade and I didn’t!! 3. Sat for over an hour to hear a lecture about how great their dealership is to be then rushed out that their were confusion in finance 4. Once the car was brought around. I brought to the attention that the coolant was low, the crack in the windshield and lack of tread on two of the tires. At that time I was then left standing in their lobby ALONE. To only find a random guy to tell me here are your keys. More

Service dept is a con job, my dad and I both have horror stories to share about this dealership as well as the second location at soutside.. my dad brought in his certified ram he just purchased for horror stories to share about this dealership as well as the second location at soutside.. my dad brought in his certified ram he just purchased for service keep in mind he bought a brand new ram limited from this location this year.. there was a vibration in the drive train so they claimed it was the tires and needed to "force balance " them for $560 lol.... what they didn't know is he just bought brand new oem tires at discount and they were just balanced. He called it a fraud and picked up the truck since they said it was t warranty.. went to discount same day and they said the dealership pulled all the weights off the driver side wheels and left my dad high in dry with major vibration. Discount fixed it for free what was a $560 balance job from this dealer. Crooks and cons please be aware.. also said 8 weeks to fix a warranty repair on navigation screen.... they won't be in business too much longer as we tell everyone we know! He even called the partial owner who is opening a store on the Westside who didn't even call back. Shame on Jacksonville Chrysler jeep! More
