I drive nearly an hour to come to this dealership! I’m treated with great respect as a customer, the service is as explained to me, the waiting area is comfortable and the refreshments are a nice touc I’m treated with great respect as a customer, the service is as explained to me, the waiting area is comfortable and the refreshments are a nice touch. Clean, happy & comfy place to wait, even with my golden retriever. Dave always takes great care of me, and I get a nice car wash. Everyone is so kind, and make me feel like part of the family. Oh, and did I mention … I love my KIA Sorento hybrid plug-in! More

David told me to call everytime our car won't start bc he couldn't reproduce the electrical problem. I've called left messages no return phone call no help. So I have been recording every time I get in the car just to show the problem. It's been 2 weeks of no return calls .. we are afraid to drive car bc the electrical issue. It is from the car not starting until the 3-4th turn over, the radio will stay on after I turn car off open door and lock, my safety belt was off light was on but bell wasn't beeping. If the car isn't drove for a couple days the starting problem seems to be worse. What if car stops of major highway!?! More

I was disappointed in the amount of time I had to spend at the dealership. This was the second time I came in for a recall issue. Apparently, your servers in California went down again and I ended up sitt at the dealership. This was the second time I came in for a recall issue. Apparently, your servers in California went down again and I ended up sitting there for four hours. The first time, someone from the dealership drove me home and then picked me up later. Not so this time. I was not a happy camper. More

Service was very good at Jackson Kia and Thomas was great on timely communication and follow up.Help me out with rental car etc. However, it took 10 months to figure it out what was wrong with Sorento great on timely communication and follow up.Help me out with rental car etc. However, it took 10 months to figure it out what was wrong with Sorento Hybrid " refill coolant invertor" issue was keep popping up on dash board.. First I was told it was software issue then found out that some part needed to be change.and lucky me , my car was the first one the issue was taken care of..Obviously Multi billion dollar company KIA head quarter/engineers could not figure it out and support the Kia dealerships. So Jackson Kia service was great BUT KIA headquarter support was not so good. More
