Always a pleasant surprise visiting this dealership. I've been coming here for a couple of years and I have to say it's always a fantastic experience. No one really wants to go to a dealership for warran I've been coming here for a couple of years and I have to say it's always a fantastic experience. No one really wants to go to a dealership for warranty work or parts. Especially in this area, I've been treated pretty bad by dealerships in the area in years past. There's usually at least an argument and a big bill before you walk out. Not at Smith KIA. The tall guy in parts with the mustache...(Robert I think is his name), I don't know his name for sure but I like him. He always goes out of his way to make sure I understand how to install the filter or whatever I'm buying...he's even gotten service guys to give me a hand or some instruction. Somebody needs to give him a pat on the back because his great attitude and attention to detail really makes this dealership a cut above. I have some things to say about service as well. My wife was in there twice last week dealing with a check engine light. Even though she didn't have an appointment and she showed up not too much before closing, the staff went out of their way to help her.....I would never consider purchasing a car anywhere other than Smith. Thumbs up to the manager...please do what you have to do to retain such great staff! More
