Done when promised 2016 Kia Sportage Oil change, tire rotation, and recall software update. The work was completed so quickly I only had time for one bag of popcor 2016 Kia Sportage Oil change, tire rotation, and recall software update. The work was completed so quickly I only had time for one bag of popcorn. The only criticism I have is I bought the vehicle as Certified Pre-Owned, which includes Platinum warranty for 12 months. When I asked about the rear wiper not cleaning a full wiper width, I was told the car had the wrong wiper arm and would require a new wiper arm and blade - and I would have to pay for the parts and labor. When I advised it was purchased CPO from Family Kia in St Augustine and had Platinum warranty, I was told (correctly) that the warranty did not cover that. The cost of the parts and labor were to be over $100. I then spoke with Family Kia of St Augustine and said the wiper should have been checked before it was offered as CPO - and they should work with Smith Kia to either replace it at no cost to me, or at the very least only charge me the Platinum deductible of $50. No joy for me. So I ordered the parts online and fixed the problem myself for $51.80 My recommendation when buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Any dealer is to do your best to confirm the functionality of every feature within the time given to change your mind about the purchase. More

I was charged 160.00 for a service that was NOT FINISHED ! I have been to Smith Kia twice. And BOTH times, it cost Me well over what I should have paid. And I didn't even have 9,000 miles on My new car ! This time, I was charged for a 15,000 mile service, and was rushed because they were closing at 6pm. My appointment was for 4:30pm. But My Kia Forte was NOT taken into Tue garage until after 5:35. During the service, I asked Dameon to PLEASE check My enlightenment, and He said I would have to come back, because they closed at 6pm. He did NOT do the entire 15,000 mile service. All of My fluids where low, and He forgot a rag under My hood.I KNOW HE DIDN'T DO ALL THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. Because I was sitting right there the whole time ! And when I asked the Girl ( Kristen?) in service to help Me, She kept on saying "I'm sorry." I felt like I did NOT matter At ALL !!! I drove over 29 miles to My 4:30 appointment, just to be belittled and made a fool of. I called and talked to a Service Manager Bill, and He said" I don't know, and can't help Me because He was NOT familure with the service. Again, I got shot down.😢 I will NEVER GO BACK TO SMITH KIA ! YOU GUY'S SUCK ! More than once. Hey, quit screwing people over. Because I am NOT STUPID ! I thought these owners of Smoth Kia would be a LOT better than the previous 4 owners. But NOPE. Yall are WAY WORSE THAN ANY OF THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. Face it, Smith Kia needs some NEW and MORE DESCENT PEOPLE WORKING THERE. SHARKS !!! More
