My review concerns the service I received from this dealership’s service department. Based on my one star rating it was terrible, to say the least. The car was in the service department for over 8 hour dealership’s service department. Based on my one star rating it was terrible, to say the least. The car was in the service department for over 8 hours for routine maintenance and a battery replacement. There are too many details to write about in this space.
