Jackson Kia service was great in finding a convenient spot for my regular maintenance. Scott was very accommodating when I tried to find a quiet corner to wait for my car to be finished! He set up a spot for me that allowed me to read my book without interruption. My only complaint was that they "unset" my driver's automatic seat setting. No big deal, just a slight inconvenience. We had driven down from Ohio for a vacation and noticed that our vehicle was leaking oil. Despite the fact they were closing they made time to take in our 2025 Kia Sportage and schedule it for work on Mond that our vehicle was leaking oil. While on our cruise Bianca at Jackson Kia went above and beyond to keep us up to date with the work required and got our approval to complete the work. When we returned the following Sunday they explained everything they had done and charged a reasonable rate for the work and made the process of getting on the road a breeze. I would absolutely work with them again if I was in the area. More
