What a great job by Miai and the Jackson Kia service team for exceeding my expectations. My car was in an accident, and the repair shop failed to properly reinstall a brake caliper. Miai and her team quick for exceeding my expectations. My car was in an accident, and the repair shop failed to properly reinstall a brake caliper. Miai and her team quickly assessed the damage. She placed me in a new loaner with only 5 miles on the car. Had a full tank of gas and sent me on my way. The repair took 3 weeks, but Miai was on top of it, keeping me informed and quickly responding to my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Miai, Jackson Kia and their service department team. Thank you team. More

shady shady shady beware of the so called consiaire service they do half xxx work use infearer parts and they sabbatoge your car every repair will cost you thousands they do a crappy brake job on my ba service they do half xxx work use infearer parts and they sabbatoge your car every repair will cost you thousands they do a crappy brake job on my back breaks 1500 bucks two weeks later my xxx end locked up i was suspious so i took it to a local shop the guy said they put my emergency brake spring on backwards slowly causes your rear end to lock up there the only ones who could have done it they wanted me to come back in so they could charge me thousands agian i never went back now i got a chevy much better car dont become a vitom they will get thousands out of you and sabbatoge you More
