Most Polite and Attentive Salesman Ever! This summer I was looking for cars for my daughter, my mother, and myself. I decided to stop by Smith Kia, where Will greeted me. I told him I was looking for brochures, but not ready to buy. He gave me info, took my name and number, and called me politely to check on my needs a couple of weeks later. After checking with a few more dealerships, which were high pressure, I decided to go back to Will. He was so flexible and helpful and genuinely nice, that my family decided to buy a total of three cars from him within a couple of weeks. Best decision, and service, ever! Jake immediately impressed me with his product knowledge and his no pressure attitude. I have poor to moderate credit and have had trouble finding a car that would fit our needs at a payment that we could afford. Jake took the time to figure out our needs and to find a car within our budget. With all that said we were in and out in less than 2 hours, and in a car that was what we we looking for. I would reccomend Jake to anyone who is in the market for a new/used car here in Brevard county. More
