Leslie has always been very helpful and professional with a smile. Her time estimates are spot on and she does a great job reviewing the checklist and any other concerns, before and after servicing. When I'm off property, she calls me and when I'm in the waiting area, she comes and finds me. Devin has been very helpful answering my systems questions about the Niro and is a very competent technician. I put a lot of miles on my Niro in very short time and Devin's work has never failed me. What a great young man to have on any team. I'm in my 50's and have dealt with many service teams over the years and these two people are my favorite. Smith Kia has my confidence and respect.
