Fast, courteous We weee having routine checks and oil change done. All the employees were very courteous and friendly. The wait was less than 1 hour. Disappointed! Seems every time I bring the care in there are issues like this when I get the care from service. I assume the work was completed that needed to be done. I cannot mention any employee by name as none identified themselves. There was a young lady who was very helpful and courteous, she mentioned she had only been there for five days, but I do not know the name of the man training here. More

I took my 2017 Sportage in for pro-active check up. I appreciated Kia taking the initiative and sending letters on a technical matter before it became really important or dangerous. I love my Kia!
