A TRULY EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE Good Friday I ventured out to search for a new car. I wasn’t very sure exactly want I wanted. My first stop was a dealer across the street from Smith Good Friday I ventured out to search for a new car. I wasn’t very sure exactly want I wanted. My first stop was a dealer across the street from Smith Kia. I received terrible customers service and high pressure sales. The sales person made me feel uncomfortable . Like it was a chore to show me different cars and to let me test drive some. After leaving we went across street to check out what Kia had to offer. From the second we parked we were greeted by a smiling friendly gentleman named Mario. I explained my needs and he was so helpful pointing me to the vehicles that would meet my wants and needs. He had me drive several different cars and was very knowledgeable about there features. I really liked the 2019 telluride. He said he would like to show me the 2020. I didn’t even know the 20’s were out yet. I was in love. So that’s my new car!! It didn’t stop there . Every person in that building couldn’t be more gracious and helpful. From Gary who helped me with warrantee And financing, the sweet young lady at the front desk, the car detailers and Mechanic that helped to program the on board computers. Mario stayed with me through every step to make sure That everything was perfect. The badge he wears proudly on his chest he has earned. It really was TRULY AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE. Caring, personal service that made a bad situation good. We are Canadian and were driving from Jupiter Florida back to Canada. We were stopping in Cocoa Beach for the night to visit friends on our way Nort We are Canadian and were driving from Jupiter Florida back to Canada. We were stopping in Cocoa Beach for the night to visit friends on our way North. As we were approaching 520 hwy we started hearing unusual noise when we excellerated. The car stopped completely as we rounded the intersection on Atlantic Avenue. Called AAA for a tow. When he arrived he told us to check the oil. Needed 4 quarts. . Very confusing since no oil or engine light ever went on. We were going to leave at 5 a.m. the next day but decided to wait and have it checked at the Kia dealership. Milton greeted us at the service area with a smile and showed us to the waiting room and invited us to take advantage of a snack or refreshment as he looked at our car. We waited for about 1/2 an hour before he was back and told us we needed a new engine! We were in shock! He also added that they were getting in touch with Kia Canada to check on our warranty and would be back. He returned with Big Mike and we were shown into his office and Mike informed us that the engine was under warranty and their dealership had rented us a car while we had to wait and had searched and found us a new engine . It would hopefully be ready to go in 5 days. We would have to pay for our accommodations but to us that was minor compared to what was being taken care of. Our engine did not arrived by the Monday expected but Milton kept in close contact with us every work day and kept us updated. The engine finally arrived the next Thursday morning and they double shifted the installation so we could have our car that day! My husbands medication was running out and because we were from another country we couldn’t get ant drug renewal. Although we understood we were getting concerned about this problem as we are seniors. Milton is the best! He made us feel like we were the most important people at the time and our problem was his. Always taking the positive side and keeping us informed. Big Mike was extremely good. Felt we were in good hands at all times. We really needed that reassurance. Even Kim the women who answered the phone was personable and concerned. We called on a number of occasions over our 10 day stay. The car ran beautifully all the way back to Canada so my assumption is that the job was well done under the hood. I have no doubt it was. We have nothing but confidence in this dealership. More
