I went home in tears and tried to return the vehicle the next morning once I compared the Retail Purchase Agreement vs the contract that I signed. I could go on, but I think you can get the point. READ THE CONTRACT FEVERY LINE AND ASK ABOUT EVERY FEE DO NOT ACCEPT A DEAL THAT FEELS WRONG. $1774.25 for fees that no one should agree too. More

Jackson KIA has great customer service, I had an oil change just the other day and when I got home notice a small oil puddle of oil the next day called Jackson KIA the next business day they got me in i change just the other day and when I got home notice a small oil puddle of oil the next day called Jackson KIA the next business day they got me in immediately and found a faulty oil filter O ring. Service was top notch and I was in/out with in 45 minutes. Extremely pleased with all the service staff and how they handled my issue. Would highly recommend to anyone. More
