#1 Best Dealership 11/14/17 When I was visiting in Jackson, WY in June ‘17, I was in need of vehicle to replace my beloved ’08 Jeep Commander. The folks at 11/14/17 When I was visiting in Jackson, WY in June ‘17, I was in need of vehicle to replace my beloved ’08 Jeep Commander. The folks at the, then Castle Rock, dealership, specifically David Craig the salesman and Rod the number cruncher, couldn’t have been nicer. They treated me like family. I’ve never been to a dealership that was so willing to sincerely help me and make me feel comfortable. After spending an entire day test driving Jeeps, both used and new, and hooking and unhooking my 19’ fiberglass trailer to each one, I decided to go with the new ’17 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with the Hemi engine. Both David and Rod made my purchase easy and stress free. Castle Rock took care of everything including all the paperwork and communication with my hometown registrar in GA. I’ll definitely plan on visiting them every time I’m in town. Now as for the Jeep. I have almost 11,000 miles on it and I couldn’t be happier with it. It seems like there isn’t anything this car can’t do. It’s extremely well built and I feel very safe driving it, mostly due to all the safety features. It rides comfortably on the highway and can deal with almost any road condition because it’s trail rated. I look forward to continuing to love my new Jeep and the friendship with David and Rod. Buy local Growing up in Jackson it always seemed the local dealers couldn't compete with out of state dealerships and mainly focused on sales for the residents Growing up in Jackson it always seemed the local dealers couldn't compete with out of state dealerships and mainly focused on sales for the residents with lots of money. Therefore, we weren't sure if we were going to be able to stay local when we started looking, but David and Rod took care of us! David was patient with us while we figured out what we needed and didn't push anything we didn't want. Rod took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Brian in the service department continued this excellent service. This team was so great that I sent my parents back to them and will continue to tell my friends and family that they are the ones you want to talk to because they aren't out for themselves. It is nice to deal with people that remember you and continue to take care of you even after the paperwork is signed. David, Rod, and Brian are why you want to stay local! More
