Do Not Do Business Here , You Will Be Ripped Off . Agreed to 169.00 diagnostics check had my Truck for 6 months . So they held my truck hostage til I could pay them 3,250.00 for 169.00 diagnostics scan . Paid them the money because I had to have my truck made it 10 miles and broke down , doing same exact thing as when I took it in there . DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE , I'M WARNING YOU , I AM DISABLED AND THEY TOOK FULL ON ADVANTAGE OF THAT . So now I'm stuck owing 3,250.00 for something I still have to fix and still didn't receive a diagnostics check like we agreed UPON . JACKSON "JOKE" FORD FA-Q. More
I was charged $3252. 19 for repairs that would have been covered by warranty. They didn't check. Service ENDS at the Sale. Purchasing my used vehicle was relatively pain free - until I needed to use the extended warranty the dealership sold me. I showed up the morning my Purchasing my used vehicle was relatively pain free - until I needed to use the extended warranty the dealership sold me. I showed up the morning my repair was scheduled and immediately my experience turned negative by the complete lack of organization by the service department (but this was the least of my concerns). I had a major issue with the extended warranty and requested to speak with someone about it. Oddly enough, during normal business hours, there was nobody in the dealership who could answer any questions about it. I left a message to have a general manager or owner return my call (this was 9/20). No response On 9/24, I called and nobody was available to answer my questions. I asked for a return call. No response On 10/8, I called and finally spoke to the "Finance Manager". He was going to speak to the owner and call me back. No response On 10/9, I called the "Finance Manager" back. I was told he was waiting on the owner and the warranty rep to make a decision and he would know by 10/15 and call back. No response On 10/19, I called - voicemail. I left a message. No response On 10/25, I called - voicemail again. I left another message. No response 10/26, I called and spoke with the "Finance Manager". I was told he was going to email the warranty rep and call tomorrow "no matter what". 10/27 - Hallelujah, after almost SIX WEEKS I finally receive a call. During this call I simply receive a synthetic apology told they are not even going to attempt to provide a resolution. Please think twice before doing business with this dealership. More
