My experience was amazing. I had a post purchase inspection done on my new car on Nov 7th. Beth was my service provider. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very informative! Matt took my concern about a serious squeak from the 2nd row of seats & took steps to correct the problem through warranty coverage. Many other dealers would have said 'we can't replicate the squeak, so sor row of seats & took steps to correct the problem through warranty coverage. Many other dealers would have said 'we can't replicate the squeak, so sorry.' Matt spelled out the steps for corrective action once the needed part comes in. He also had them correct a rear door light we had paid extra for and was not working. This level of service & attention to detail is outstanding, plus he's polite and a nice guy.
