We had an appointment, and dropped the car off with the attendant and told him who we were and that we would wait for service. After an hour of waiting, we had to ask about our car. They did not know who attendant and told him who we were and that we would wait for service. After an hour of waiting, we had to ask about our car. They did not know who we were and had not even taken our car back. Ten additional minutes passed before Yvonne came over to us. It was an hour and forty five minute for an oil change… This was our first experience at Jackson service center and we were not impressed and we quite disappointed. More
