The first time was horrible, no one seemed to know what was goi Brittiany Byass made my experience better than my first experience with Jackson Acura! The first time was horrible, no one seemed to know what was going on! Thank goodness for Brittiany, she made my experience 100% better, she even had my car washed before my arrival, something that should be expected with the Acura name, unfortunately this did not happened on my first visit. Acura obviously does not take care of their customers as do other top model dealerships. I look forward to my next appointment with Brittiany there to take care of me and my MDX! More
