She told him he had an appt set for Wed, he realized there was never a time agreed upon so he called back on Monday and talked to the same girl, and she said the appt was set for 11am. I got there at 1050am, and the lady at the front says that I do not have an appt. She worked me in anyways, and then asks if we were told I could have a loaner, I say 'No.' She says, 'Good, bc we dont have any.' She then takes me back to the girl that will help get my car taken care of, who is the girl my husband had talked to, and she's less than talkative. Not friendly, but not necessarily rude. Ultimately, my car got taken care of, and that's what matters. Will I go back for anything else concerning my car? Probably not. Do I love my TL? Absolutely. More

Brittany Green went into action to understand our timing and scheduled errands that day. She immediately took ownership and provided us with a loaner car while our car was being serviced. Brittany also identified the need to replace the transmission fluid which once explained to us we were happy to be able to add to our service appointment. In the end we have been customer's for 11 years through three new car purchases. What we experienced during this routine service appointment is why we keep coming back again and again. Thank you More
