Service at Jackson Acura is awalys a great experience. I have used Jackson Acura for servicing my Acura MDX for the past seven years. Anytime I have needed full day of service, I have received a courtesy I have used Jackson Acura for servicing my Acura MDX for the past seven years. This past visit involved a timing belt with the oil change etc. Nick always calls if something more needs to be done and thoroughly explains what has been done. Remote fob issue I was experiencing a problem with my remote fob as I was getting an error message that the fob battery strength was very low. Brittiany quickly came I was experiencing a problem with my remote fob as I was getting an error message that the fob battery strength was very low. Brittiany quickly came out to meet me and then sent my car to the back for diagnosis of the problem. Within 15-20 minutes, the car was returned with no more error message and was told that the 3-volt battery had been replaced with an Acura battery. There was no charge for this battery replacement and my car was even washed before returning it to me. Very attentive and courteous service people - especially Brittainy. More

Great customer service I hate car problems. But if I have to have something looked at, I know I can go to Jackson Acura, get good service and have a comfortable place to wai I hate car problems.
