Some of the other Atlanta area Acura dealerships are a bit closer to me but because of the exceptional service I get here I will always be loyal to Jackson Acura! More

Excellent service I bought my second Acura in 2016 mainly because the service department does such an amazing job. Nick always takes care of us. Quick, quality service Took my MDX in for an oil change prior to a road trip. No additional service was recommended; however, areas were identified that we should monitor and address in a few months. The waiting area is comfortable with private rooms to do work, make calls. Coffee bar is stocked. Try them - they don't disappoint! More

This was my first visit to this dealer. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. The wait time was very fast. The receptionist offered my friend and I coffee and cake while we waited for my car. My advisor did soon as I pulled up. The wait time was very fast. The receptionist offered my friend and I coffee and cake while we waited for my car. My advisor didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Being a former Service Advisor, I understand the stress and pressure that comes with the job.
