Long wait I had a 9:30 AM appointment to get a new tire. I was told the appointment was not complicated and would take about 90 minutes. At 11:00 AM, I asked I had a 9:30 AM appointment to get a new tire. I was told the appointment was not complicated and would take about 90 minutes. At 11:00 AM, I asked for status and learned they had not even looked at the car. The work was finally completed around 1:00 PM. I am a regular customer and get all my service done at Jackson Acura. If they were so busy, they should not have booked the appointment. Is it too much to ask to have the work completed when I have an appointment? More
Perfect timing I was in for A1 service, I arrived when my appointment was scheduled. I was told it would take 70min to do the service and wash my car. Jackson Acura Service Department I want to thank Cody, Brandon and Jimmy for helping me to take care of my Acura. They are the Service Reps that I want to do business with. Cody helped me to change the front light when my car was still under the warranty. Even though it was a complex situation Cody did his best to make his customer happy. Brandon is always helpful. He arranged my drive back home after I dropped my Acura for oil change one busy morning at the Jackson Service Departmet so I could work from home. It saved me tons of time! Another time he helped me to connect my phone with my Acura. And he also directed me to the sales department when my old Acura was being checked out due to some serious problem. Then I ended up purchasing this Acura 2015 RDX. Jimmy was my driver that day when oil change took a little longer due to a busy morning there. It was such a pleasure to have such a driver! He was very pleasant, kind and personable. He made my day! Upon our arrival back to Acura Servuce Departmetn Jimmy also arranged my prompt checkout with another Service Rep while Brandon was away from his desk.
