First time visiting this service department. Had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Covino. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at a service department of what is supposed to be consi Had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Covino. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at a service department of what is supposed to be considered a reputable establishment. From the minute I sat down, he started off rude, arrogant and condescending. He wouldn't look at me, and actually said, 'why did you bring the car to us' after I explained the issue in detail, and told me I should be taking it back to the last dealer who serviced it, even though that previous service was routine, not even related, and a less convenient location for me. He was combative and acted as if they didn't want to investigate the issue, doing everything he could to keep me from leaving the vehicle. Even sighed out loud, when I said the the $190 diag fee was fine, as if that was going to make me walk away. He has no business interfacing with customers if this is how treats them. Acura deserves better. I've never walked out of a service center due to this kind of treatment until today. Thanks to his manager Rodney for attempting to save a customer, but first impressions are everything. After owning 4 Acura's and 5 Honda's over the last 20 years, and working with many dealers in the area, the trust is lost on this place, they will never get my business. More

This service was great. But on our previous RDX we had you install mud guards. There was a gap between the mud guard and the body of the car, maybe 1/8", where water could g But on our previous RDX we had you install mud guards. I was unhappy but did not bring it back because I did not want you to do more drilling to move them. More
