Came in for oil change, then purshased a new car Nihad was is awesome! I came in to for a routine oil change on Saturday for my Altima and while I waited, Nihad did a great job selling on us on a new Nihad was is awesome! He was awesome and created a great customer experience, he was knowledgeable and really paid attention to our needs. He is a great sales person and made it a great purchasing experience. I alwawys get my oil changed here but on this day it took an extremly long time then when I finally went to the service bay it still took them 15 min to acknowledge I was even standing out there. When I was an extremly long time then when I finally went to the service bay it still took them 15 min to acknowledge I was even standing out there. When I was finally acknowledge I paid my bill and had to ask for a receipt then I asked where my inspection sheet was and he couldn't tell me where it was so I am not even sure they did a 21 point inspection on my car this time. Not pleased at all on this visit. More
