Jackie Cooper Nissan is great. We had picked out a car on line. Called Joe a salesperson that we had used on a previous new car purchase. He had the car ready for our inspection. Dealership needs to improve it’s customer care. First when you enter the dearlership there is noone to guide the customer and ask them what do they want. I entered and waited 15 min before anybody came to ask me what am i here for. This year there has been a difference about the registration and red license plates. I wasn’t told anything about it. All i had was a paper tag and i was told i will get a license plate in 10 days. I wasn’t told that i will also get a paper registration with red plate. They have set up the wrong VIN on my nissan app and i just figure that out. Now i will have to get that faxed. More
