not good service. won't work with warranty company Jackie Cooper service employee, Mike Kayser, would not work with my warranty company even though they have used this warranty company for at least 5 y Jackie Cooper service employee, Mike Kayser, would not work with my warranty company even though they have used this warranty company for at least 5 years for my car repairs. Never a problem until this time. The issue dealt with Mike Kayser wanting to put new parts on my car when my warranty company wanted a repair. The thing is, the Jackie Cooper work order showed both ways as being a possibility but he refused to go the route of repairing. Mike Kayser even kept calling my job and interrupting my work about it, insisting that I call my warranty company to force them to accept replacing the part. This was totally unprofessional. I emailed Jackie Cooper office with a complaint and never even got a response, much less an apology. BTW, I found a dealership here in Muskogee that was happy to do what my warranty company wanted. Later, I emailed Jackie cooper to get copies of all my repair orders....again not even an acknowledgment of the email. Both times, I used the website link to send my emails. More

Car service I just do not agree to the price they set for service of these cars . The dealership need to provide the correct price before the service starts . I took a cold drink out of the refrigerator, settled into the plush leather chair and, almost immediately, my car was ready. The employee I dealt with checked with me to make sure I was comfortable and let me know the moment my car was ready. My car was freshly washed, spotlessly clean, and correctly serviced. Bravo!! Its comfortable and I had room to do some work on my laptop and even plug in my charger...which I neede to do. The coffee was great too! All in all...Jackie Cooper continues to be my choice for my vehicle purchases. They also helped me buy my wife's Mercedes after the lease ran out. My wife loved the car and she didn't want to give it up so we bought it and Doug Tamras with Cooper made it all very easy. More
