Jackie Cooper imports is the best car dealership I've ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and helpful--they make the whole "shopping for a car" experience a pleasure. The sales experience at was welcoming and professional. The team was helpful throughout the purchase process, and I was pleased with how everything was handled at the point of sale. I received no assistance in resolving a warranty issue—despite the item being clearly listed on the Monroney sticker, my salesperson insisted it wasn’t covered instead of offering to help and be my advocate. The General Manager assured me they would look into it, but I never received a follow-up. In the end, I had to contact Porsche North America directly to confirm it was covered and to learn how to file a claim. Porsche NA ultimately directed me to another dealership, who was willing to process the warranty claim without issue. While I appreciated the initial experience, the lack of support after the sale was frustrating. A positive shoutout though to Marlissa Perryman who was always prompt responding to inquiries post sales. More
Love the car but hate that air conditioner shuts off at stop lights and blows warm air. Front lower bumper missing rubber guard material so will have to expend funds to correct. But otherwise love the car should have bought one sooner. For my 6’2” height ceiling is a little low if not for the sunroof ride would be challenging. The dealer decided to put new tires on my trade-in, thus deducting $3000 for my trade value. If they decided to put tires on, they should’ve expanded the expense and not jip me. More

Upon closer inspection of the sales agreement the cost I paid exceeded the advertised cost from a Mercedes Benz promotion. Conner Kach in the financing department is focused on increasing profits more than satisfying clients and the financing process is a total sham. When issues arose after the sale it has been impossible to speak to anyone by phone, and emails sent requesting assistance have not received a response. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. More
