The sales experience at was welcoming and professional. The team was helpful throughout the purchase process, and I was pleased with how everything was handled at the point of sale. Unfortunately, post- The team was helpful throughout the purchase process, and I was pleased with how everything was handled at the point of sale. Unfortunately, post-sale support was disappointing. I received no assistance in resolving a warranty issue—despite the item being clearly listed on the Monroney sticker, my salesperson insisted it wasn’t covered instead of offering to help and be my advocate. The General Manager assured me they would look into it, but I never received a follow-up. In the end, I had to contact Porsche North America directly to confirm it was covered and to learn how to file a claim. Porsche NA ultimately directed me to another dealership, who was willing to process the warranty claim without issue. While I appreciated the initial experience, the lack of support after the sale was frustrating. A positive shoutout though to Marlissa Perryman who was always prompt responding to inquiries post sales. More
