After five unsuccessful attempts at communicating with the service manager (3 phone messages and one email) and one of the service advisors (no reply to my email) about email notifications received from J the service manager (3 phone messages and one email) and one of the service advisors (no reply to my email) about email notifications received from Jackie Cooper Infiniti, saying I needed a new battery for my QX60, I had a very successful service visit with Erin Love, who assisted me, communicated with me, and did what was necessary for my vehicle. This was more like the Jackie Cooper Infiniti service I had become accustomed to, rather than the one of the last few weeks. I will consider returning, and, If I do, will definitely deal with Erin. I hope you will remedy the situation that occurred with me on my December 29th visit, which was comped because the service was so NOT the quality I have come to expect. Also, the unanswered emails and telephone calls are, in my opinion, inexcusable. However, many thanks to Erin, who tried to make it all right again! More

Erin is friendly and takes care of us once the car is in, but communication is definitely slower. The consistent issues we have had with this QX60 along with incomplete and slow repairs which is very frustra but communication is definitely slower. This last repair - to simply afix the bumper properly took 9 days and this was a scheduled appointment. That is way too long and we got the car back dirty which was disappointing. Yes it was cold that day but the team knew it was going to be cold in advance and could have cleaned the car up prior to the cold front coming through. This is our 3rd Infiniti through Jackie Cooper, not sure we will do another. More

Jared has taken care of my vehicle twice and was consistently professional. He showed me compassion when I had a horrible experience with my tow service and was in tears.
