Good evening, Judy! Thank you for your 4-star review! We did want to clear up the misconception over the recommended services you mention. All of your vehicle's service history is with us. We do look at all past service that was performed. We still do recommend any regular maintenance that is recommended by the manufacturer for your vehicle based on the age and mileage of the vehicle. We are a certified Infiniti service center and this is a common practice for all Infiniti dealerships. The best way to prevent major repairs in the future is to keep up with manufacturer-recommended services as the vehicle ages. We apologize for any confusion on this service process.
