Novozinskyc, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment in your recent service visit at our Infiniti dealership. The regular maintenance on your Lexus did not require an overnight stay. When the vehicle was dropped off for the initial oil change and inspection it was 2pm. As the service drive was full and we were short-staffed that afternoon, two advisors worked alternately to get your vehicle processed and into the shop. The inspection revealed a few items that could use attention. You approved the replacement of an engine filter. As we are not a Lexus dealership, we needed to get that part from their parts department. Once the the engine filter came in and was installed, it was 6pm. We apologize that communication did not happen quicker. Both service advisors who worked with your vehicle want you to know they are sorry for the delay. We thank you for your patience. While we do all we can to get work in and out to the convenience of the customer, there are days when staffing makes that a challenge. We are always looking to get better at what we do and we will take your experience to heart. Thank you for choosing Jackie Cooper Infiniti...we appreciate you and your business.
