I took my Q60 in for service on Dember 31st. I told them of two issues I was having and on my way a low tire warning light came on. They updated the GPS system and didn't solve the problem so I told them of two issues I was having and on my way a low tire warning light came on. They updated the GPS system and didn't solve the problem so it'll have to be taken in again. A was notified that there was a nail in my one that there is problem with excessive wear on the inside of the front tires. The car only has 24k. Their fix for the problem was a new set of tires for 650.00. They also told me I had a nail in my tire that I thought would be fixed only to pick the car up with the same warning pop up and a 5pm on New Years Eve I was lucky enough to pull into a Robertson Tire store 30 minutes before closing, they dropped everything and fixed the problem at no cost. This is my second Infiniti that Ive owned and will continue to take my car to this dealership because I have taken my other one here and have had nothing but GREAT experiences with them and everyone deserves and second chance. And I wouldn't be writing this if I could've been able to get in contact with the service Manager. Ok guys Its the first of the year lets get back on your game. More

My Infinity started overheating on the 17th and I was able to get it in within the hour. They provided me with a loaner and had my new radiator installed by the next morning. Because of the extended warranty, there was no charge. I highly recommend Jackie Cooper and Infinity – Deserving of a *****Star Review for Service and Product! Scott Burnett P.S.
