Very disappointing experience after being convinced they provided excellent customer care. I found it to be the complete opposite. I bought a used car there that had an issue starting just one week after provided excellent customer care. I found it to be the complete opposite. I bought a used car there that had an issue starting just one week after I bought it. Very poor communication and they didn't seem like they were in much of a hurry to help me get the issue resolved. Even had to pay a deductible to cover the warranty. Super glad I didn't get the extended warranty, because there seems to be too much fine print with their warranties. Would not do business there again. More
