We originally tried to purchase a Hyundai Sonata from the Ferguson Superstore for my son. He is currently an active duty Navy Corpsman and arrived at the dealership with a check from Navy Federal Credit Unio Ferguson Superstore for my son. He is currently an active duty Navy Corpsman and arrived at the dealership with a check from Navy Federal Credit Union. The check was for $500 less than the asking price so we assumed negotiation wouldn't be a problem. The dealer declined the offer and countered with the full purchase price at an interest rate of 21 percent! They already knew he was approved for an interest rate of 9 percent through NFCU. They tried to scam him for an interest rate that was more than double what he already had. After we refused, they continued to push the scam!! We then proceeded to Jackie Cooper Infiniti and purchased a used 2014 Chevy Malibu. There were no games and no nonsense while we were there. The waiting area was very comfortable and the coffee was good. Several people thanked my son for his service-the little things matter. We had a great experience! I had been looking for another vehicle for about a year and preparing for my purchase. I found the car on Carvana and the listing was at Jackie Cooper Infiniti. Actually ready to purchase but not liking dealing with a pushy salesman as I was looking for the car on the lot a salesman approach me and asked what I was looking for and I told my story. That salesman was Darryl Sword and he was very helpful in showing me what they had on the lot and what was expected to be arriving soon. When we found the car online that I had interest in purchasing he went to locate my car. Darryl made the process painless and was exceptionally patient, attentive and made my experience without any pressure and provided me with a remarkable experience. I have always used this dealership when servicing my two other infiniti vehicles and they always gave me the use of a loaner. Horrible experience. I listened my vehicle for sale on kbb and they kept msg and calling me telling me they want my vehicle I told then what I wanted they said ok. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle they took it for a test drive pit it in manual mode recorded it with there phone in 2nd Geer the reverse the rpm up to k5 then manual shifted it to 3rd told me my transmission was trash. 1st in the video you can see it is in M not D 2nd I'm a mechanic so I know a lot about vehicles so I'm pretty sure I would know if my transmission wasn't shifting until my engine was about to blow because is screaming at 5k. Highly don't recommend these Liars More
