However, we appreciate the feedback as it helps us get better at what we do. We assure you that the extended wait for a credit approval in this case has nothing to do with your credit score. The vehicle you were considering was of an age and mileage that makes it harder to get approval for credit, no matter the score. Your sales professional and sales manager just wanted to get your credit application going early in the process so that it would decrease your wait time overall. We apologize that the reason wasn't explained to you in advance and we will use this interaction to assist our sales team in improving their communication about our process.
