August, We are sorry to hear your experience wasn't exceptional! We earnestly try for an exceptional experience for each and every customer. On the day and time you were picking up your vehicle from service, the service drive was full of vehicles already in process of being dropped off or picked up. We pulled your vehicle up close to the service door so that it would be a quick pick up and go for you with as little exposure to the rain as possible. We apologize that it didn't meet your expectations. Our only other option was to delay your departure until the service drive cleared. As for the coupons you mention, these are sent by the manufacturer and we do not have control of their timing, unfortunately. We are glad that you enjoy receiving and using them and we hope you will be able to use it at your next service! We are thankful you are a part of our automotive family and we wish you the greatest new year!

Mark, we are sorry to see your comments. As a reminder, the vehicle you purchased was for "as is" condition. You paid in full for that option, chose no extended warranty, opting to 'self-insure' your vehicle for any issues that might develop. We went ahead and decided to assist you with diagnosing and repairing the leak you noticed after you took it home. You agreed. While it took awhile for us to replicate the leak, once we did find the issue, we went ahead and, as a goodwill to you, repaired the leak at the upper mount of the radiator by replacing the radiator free of charge. We also provided a complimentary new model loaner and drove the vehicle to Ponca City and back for you, all at no additional cost or effort to you. We have gone above and beyond the sale agreement of your 'as is' pre-owned purchase in order to make your vehicle purchase an exceptional one. We are sorry to hear that you still are unhappy. We do wish you well and thank you for choosing us for your vehicle needs.
