Jon was amazing. My wife viewed the vehicle online but wanted to see more before driving 1.5 hrs. Erin is friendly and takes care of us once the car is in, but communication is definitely slower. The consistent issues we have had with this QX60 along with incomplete and slow repairs which is very frustra but communication is definitely slower. This last repair - to simply afix the bumper properly took 9 days and this was a scheduled appointment. That is way too long and we got the car back dirty which was disappointing. Yes it was cold that day but the team knew it was going to be cold in advance and could have cleaned the car up prior to the cold front coming through. This is our 3rd Infiniti through Jackie Cooper, not sure we will do another. More

My experience has been top-notch since the day I purchased my car. The service department is outstanding.
