KARIW2937, I wanted to address your concern over the damage you notice on your vehicle. We take photos and video of all vehicles when they are brought in for service. We showed you the photo of your vehicle taken at the time you dropped it off. It does show that the damage was already there and did not occur during or after your service with us. If you would like to see those photos again, please let us know! We do appreciate your business and thank you for choosing us to help you keep the vehicle safe and on the road running smoothly!
