My wife and I have bought/leased new BMWs from Jackie Cooper for more than two decades. Both the sales staff (Franklin Sherrod is a wonderful guy) and the service personnel (Ray Shannon is 10/10) are unf Cooper for more than two decades. Both the sales staff (Franklin Sherrod is a wonderful guy) and the service personnel (Ray Shannon is 10/10) are unfailingly polite, friendly and professional. The only negative I might offer is that we sometimes have difficulty lining up a courtesy car when our vehicles are in the shop. However, I always keep in mind that their courtesy car program is a COURTESY to me! This is a 5-star dealership that always provides a pleasant customer experience. More
Well when I went to purchase the vehicle I was crossed around between four salesmen. I paid for the car and they said they needed to do a safety check. I never heard a word back from the dealership for 2 around between four salesmen. I paid for the car and they said they needed to do a safety check. I never heard a word back from the dealership for 2 weeks. They gave me a loaner that had a low tire. It went flat and left me stranded.Awful customer service. Everyone I called never returned my phone calls. I picked up the car and had it for 3 weeks and the batteries in the keys were dead.it came time to get my tag and no title. They just kept brushing me off. They blamed everything on a bad training experience.DO NOT BUY A CAR from this dealership. They will screw you over. When I left the dealership, I inform them that I will drive all the way to Dallas, Texas before I ever bought another car from Cooper. More
Bought a used 2018 vehicle. Was told it passed their BMW certified inspection. Test drive it; the arm rest was broken. Told they would fix it by the sales person. Then after we Was told it passed their BMW certified inspection. Test drive it; the arm rest was broken. Told they would fix it by the sales person. Then after we came to pick it up; sales manager said they wouldn’t fix it it. This is AFTER we paid for it and they kept it 4 days “detailing and fixing the issues” beyond the 72 hours return policy. When we got it home; filled up the washer fluid tank realized it was broken and immediately contacted them. Was told to bring it in, they would fix it. Then once again, after we dropped it off was told by sales manager they would not cover or fix it. Was missing the tow cover on the back. Was told it would be replaced when they “detailed & fixed it” Guess what, once again wasn’t replaced/foxed. Was told they detailed it prior; had sticky residue on the driver’s side seat and door. Stay away from this dealership. They do not keep their word nor do they honor it. More
Disabled Veterans beware! Jackie Cooper BMW does not support %100 percent disabled veterans, they refused to honor my Oklahoma sales tax exemption for over $800 worth of taxes Jackie Cooper BMW does not support %100 percent disabled veterans, they refused to honor my Oklahoma sales tax exemption for over $800 worth of taxes. All they did was laugh and say they don’t care about bad reviews because it’s above their pay grade. Apparently people have forgotten what us veterans had to go through or endure to even receive a card like that. I will make sure and be heard that this business discriminates against veterans and disabled veterans and think it’s funny and not one manager wanted to come out and speak to me even after I said I was going to let people know about how my experience. I also would never recommend this business for service of any kind. My car was prepaid for service and in there almost a month sitting there for weeks. I finally get it back today and it dirtier than when it came in after a huge five digit bill. Every step from the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up was a very atrocious experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. More
I’m so disappointed in this dealership! I bought a used 2019 Toyota Highlander there in August of 2023, less than a year ago, and I just had to spend $4900 on an oil pan leak 2 1/2 weeks af I bought a used 2019 Toyota Highlander there in August of 2023, less than a year ago, and I just had to spend $4900 on an oil pan leak 2 1/2 weeks after they had my car in for an oil change. My engine light came on as I was leaving the parking lot and they turned it off and told me it was a crankshaft sensor. Nothing was wrong with the sensor and I died in the middle of a busy street and had to have it towed. Conveniently, this was a part that was excluded from my extended warranty. So disappointing! More
I’ve been at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours now for an oil change. When I got in the car the check engine light was on. They told me typically when the check engine light comes on it’s something else! I t oil change. When I got in the car the check engine light was on. They told me typically when the check engine light comes on it’s something else! I told him the light wasn’t on when I got here so I told them to fix it and get the engine light off. It’s ridiculous that they can have it for 3 1/2 hours when I made a service appointment and then my check engine light comes on for something they did. More

BEWARE BAIT & SWITCH SALES SCHEME! !! This is a warning to anyone looking to purchase a new BMW from this dealership. They will have you test drive a demo vehicle with all the bells & w !! This is a warning to anyone looking to purchase a new BMW from this dealership. They will have you test drive a demo vehicle with all the bells & whistles, while telling you they’ve got a car exactly like it “in transit” to their dealership and take a $1000 deposit, (which they tell you is refundable). I fell for this sales tactic and once that car finally arrived, it was NOT the car that Ron (salesman) and I discussed. Ray (Sales Manager) informed me that I can order a new car thru them for a higher price and months-long wait, which I chose not to do, because I don’t trust them after their slimy dealings initially. After Ron (Sales Manager) & Finance workers stated multiple times that they would refund my deposit, they reached out 16 hours later to say they will not refund my deposit, but hope I will choose to do business with them in the future. They are running a scam and I advise you to read & document every single item they present to you, because if you ask for a copy, they’re going to ignore your request, like they did mine. I hope BMW USA is aware of the shady business practices going on here….I’ve never encountered anything like this. Any comment on this post by the dealer is an absolute lie and poor attempt to save their reputation. More
WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. This story begins with me reaching out to express my interest in purchasing a vehicle from JCB. As we begin the process I explain t EXPERIENCE. EVER. This story begins with me reaching out to express my interest in purchasing a vehicle from JCB. As we begin the process I explain that I would be traveling from out of state to purchase and that I'd be more than happy to put a deposit down on it, as I was planning to come buy it over the weekend. They said that would be completely fine and that they would send me a link to apply for pre-approval on financing and to put down the deposit. DAY 2: I never receive a link so I go ahead and go to their website to apply for financing myself and then call them to explain that I had been approved in their system and wanted to put a deposit on the vehicle. They then explain to me that I wouldn't be able to put a deposit down because they had a lot of interest on the specific one I was looking at, and that if I didn't take off work in the middle of the week to come and make my purchase that there was no guarantee that it would still be available. I come to the conclusion that I have to act now or let it go, so I take off work and prepare to leave my house in DFW at 5AM to arrive at JCB right as they open for the day. DAY 3: I arrive at JCB to start my purchase, we test drive, inspect the vehicle, all is well. As we start the paper work and I explain that I was planning on putting a relatively large down payment on it and finance what's left, they explain to me that they can only charge 5k to a debit card and that their wire system was MAGICALLY NOT WORKING!! I now have to spend the next 3 HOURS driving over all over OKC trying to find out how to come up with $7,000 in cash on the fly. I call my banks (No locations in OK, couldn't pull out cash beforehand due to being rushed to come up there and purchase), I call friends, I try absolutely everything I can think of to make this work. In the end I end up having to call my boss and ask him to borrow the funds out of his company account and pay him back the following day, all to just make my down payment on this vehicle. As I'm sitting down to work on the financing logistics one employee in particular, Sebastian, is unable to detect my already extreme frustration and decides that it would be a good idea to try and strong arm me into buying a 3rd party warranty for this vehicle, driving my purchase up by another $4,000. I express that I'm not interested and am quite frankly just ready to be done with this experience. He presses me anyway and eventually gets me to sign on the dotted line and finalize the purchase. What these guys didn't realize is that I work in the Auto industry myself and am quite familiar with how financing and wires work, this company was ready to send me home EMPTY HANDED in order to pressure me into financing a significantly higher amount than I intended on this vehicle. 9 HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP. SKETCHY SALES PRACTICES. STRONG ARM SALESMAN WITH NOTHING BUT $$$PROFIT$$$ IN MIND. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. JACKIE COOPER BMW MINI, I address you directly now. I know your game. I know how dealers work and how they buy their inventory. I know what you tried to pull on me, and I will take this story to the ends of the earth if I need to. You have exactly 1 chance to make this right. My friends will be sharing this, I will take it to BBB. If anyone reads this blow this story up and make sure JCB sees it. I look forward to your reply JCB. I hope you care about your ratings more than your customers because I know for a fact that customer experience is everything to a dealership, and you failed... More
