I went in to just look and jason came outside and greated me. Very nice man that showed he care about getting me into a car that was right for me and told me that if i didnt like the car he would not sell th me. What other dealer does as long as they get a sale? The other thing that prime does is the salesman have responsibiltys to us as consumers! Who does that!!!? Well after jason was talking to me for a little bit we went inside and we ended up finding the car that was best for me that i fell in love with! The price was right but i could not get financed with no money down so i will be back for sure to buy that car and to do buisness with jason because he does really care! And if you go in and ask for him i would bet anything on it he will really take care of you and really got to bat for you to get the best deal as he did for me! I would recomend anyone to go in and just visit if your thinking about trading or buying! More

Mr. Wilson identified what my interest were and helped me find a car I absolutely love and made it work financially. Everyone who assisted me was very friendly and polite. The atmosphere at the dealership was comfortable and I felt at ease. I had been to seven dealers and came back to Mr. Wilson. He contacted me after my initial visit and followed up with me while searching for a vehicle that would suite my needs. Because of Mr. Wilson's efforts along with the other staff members, I left Prime Volkswagen without any doubts, knowing that I walked away with a beautiful brand new VW Beetle that I absolutely love. I'm glad I didn't settle for anything else and that Mr. Wilson recognized what I would really be happy with and made it work for me. From the minute we walked into the dealership we were received like friends or family. You felt a sense that they were not trying to pull the wool over your eyes or play number games with you. Just straight honest and to the point. They also helped us from comparing the different models of vehicles down to which financial option worked best for us. Plus they gave us a great price on our trade-in. When we went to pick up our new Tiguan it was raining and they had everything taken care of down to our Sirius satellite, they were able to switch it to our new car we purchased. They made sure it was inside for us to look over and they also had already applied resistall (treatment for exterior paint and interior upholstery to keep it looking in great condition - great add on!) as so we would not have to make an extra trip back. I would definitely purchase from Prime Volkswagen again. More
