The whole staff worked well with me and laughed about my kleptomaniac pen fetish :-) Emily was very knowledgeable and helpful and her personality was just so perky and upbeat I would buy from Jack Schmitt/Emily Evano again even if I moved across the country!!! I just went today for my first oil change and rotation and had a great experiance and even enjoyed talking to the other ford owners in the waiting room and all agreed it was a great place. More

We spent literally an entire day at Auffenberg while they tried to get us in a 2010 Chrysler town and Country with 60k miles. They hassled me and were pressuring me to put money down that I did not have. After spending 4 hrs there they came back and said they can't do anything. I asked them well is there a different car we can make it work? there response was simply NO. So My wife and I went straight to Jack Schmitt Ford and met a Salesman named Jim Smith. We told him our situation and he LISTENED! He got our information and my trade information really quick and took us out on a test drive and we got almost everything done within an hour. It was incredible! I will definitely purchase another car from them. they made it so easy and simple. More

When we arrived the car was ready to drive and he met us at the door. As we test drove he answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable He made us feel comfortable,great salesman. After we purchased the car. My husband mentioned he was looking for a very specific truck. that he was having trouble finding. Damon got to work right away and got Jason to help.
